1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within **30 calendar days  from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return:

  •  The product must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Products such as engine oil and consumables must be unopened and unused.
  • Items that have been installed, altered, damaged, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.
  •  Customized or special order products are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We inspect all products before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  •  Used engine oil or consumables
  • Customized or specially ordered products
  • Clearance or final sale items

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within  7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
